We are a seeking a talented Manchester based Presentation Designer to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating exciting and engaging PowerPoint templates and presentations for a variety of purposes such as; events & conferences, financial results, sales pitches and internal communications.
Whilst we are looking for a candidate who has proven experience with designing within PowerPoint, we are also keen to train and develop the skills of applicants who show potential and have a genuine interest in becoming an ‘exceptional’ Presentation Designer. All we ask in return is that you have at least 2 years working knowledge of designing within PowerPoint, are keen to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background and a varied portfolio that demonstrates full working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite – in particular Photoshop and Illustrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone to develop their skills whilst working within a fantastic team. Our perks include paid overtime for those that want to opt in and salary increases and promotions are likely after you successfully complete our training programme/pass your probationary period with us.
The role will initially be based in Manchester but will eventually be a remote role, so you must be self-motivated.
We also have all the great perks that make working fun — regular socials, flexible working, and late start/early finish Fridays, to list a few. Beyond all these, we genuinely enjoy collaborating on exciting projects together. Our people make us who we are, and we wouldn’t change that for anything.
A healthy work-life balance cultivates better employee motivation, performance, and productivity. It also reduces stress, so we encourage our team to take advantage of flexitime and flexible working arrangements. We all have other priorities like care responsibilities, further education, or other interests, and our work should be able to accommodate them.
We care about all employees’ physical and mental health, and we work hard daily to create a culture where everyone feels comfortable. It’s why we also have our Wellness Action Plan — helping us to ensure we provide you with as much support as possible from your first day with us.
We provide line managers with the resources to support their team and offer a genuinely supportive work environment — where well-being is the top priority. Our monthly reviews are also an opportunity to discuss current goals, share successes, and highlight how Article Ten can further support you.
