We’ve got all the shiny things that make work great – the monthly socials, flexible working, late start/early finish Friday and more. But beyond all this, we really do just enjoy the simple act of coming in each day and working together on exciting projects. Our people are what make us, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We know that a better work-life balance improves employee motivation, performance, and productivity, while also reducing stress. That’s why we encourage our team to take advantage of our flexitime and flexible working arrangements to achieve a better balance between work and other priorities like care responsibilities, further learning, or other interests.
We offer all new employees the opportunity to complete a Wellness Action Plan so that a) you stay well at work and b) we can be as supportive as possible from your first day with us. We work hard to create a culture where everyone can feel comfortable talking about mental health and we motivate each other to stay fit and healthy.
We offer a genuinely supportive work environment where wellbeing is the number one priority. We provide line managers with the resources they need to best support their team and ensure that 121s are held at least once a month to check-in on how you are. Our 121s are also an opportunity to discuss your current goals and how Article Ten can support you to reach them.
